Q: How big are the kennels?
A: The kennels are approximately 3.55 x 1.2 metres. Sleeping quarters are 1.3m².

Q: How often will my dog be exercised?
A: Dogs are organised into playgroups and are generally in the exercise area 2-3 times daily.

Q: If my dog is unwell or injured?
A: We've asked you to provide us with your vet's contact details.
We would prefer to discuss your pet's history with them, however, if they are unavailable, we do not hesitate to call in our own.

Q: Can I view the facilities before making a booking?
A: You are most welcome to visit our facilities between 9am and 4pm Monday to Saturday.

Q: What do you feed and how often?
A: Dogs are fed with a home cooked meal consisting of meat, vegetables, pasta or rice, and high protein kibble.
Cats feast on a variety of canned food, chicken wings and raw beef.
Dry food is only served as tidbits.

Q: Are you able to administer my pet's medication while boarding?
A: For 50 cents per day, we will administer your pet's medication.

Q: Can I bring my pet's own bedding?
A: Yes. Please clearly mark all items. Note: no beanbags!
