All pets
left in our care will be given all the attention, both personal
and professional, that is available to us.
Should
your pet require any special treatment we shall not hesitate to
see that it is available, with the additional charges passed on
to you, the owner. While we undertake to care for your pet to the
best of our ability, we will not accept any responsibility in the
event of any untimely occurrence.
- For your pet's protection
we require a current vaccination
certificate.
- Please ensure that
your pet is kept secure until settled into their accommodation.
- Any medication
should be clearly marked on the container as to correct
instructions for application and frequency.
- Only dogs & cats
from the same family share accommodation.
- We encourage you
to bring something of their own, such as a favourite blanket.
